Toss together:
Romaine lettuce
Apple chunks
Toasted Pecans
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Montrachet cheese*
(*ok, so the montrachet cheese at the store was extremely expensive and only came in a ridiculously huge size which I would never use up in 8 years, so I decided to use light cream cheese chunks and they actually tasted fine.)
Simple and delicious. I even got doubter mcdoubtpants to enjoy it.

What kind of raspberry vinagrette?? Ho-made? :) Or what store-bought brand??
I used Kraft light raspberry vinaigrette....had never tried it before and was pleasantly surprised.
